This is not the first time I hear of a story like this, so I believe many people can do it if they try. If you’re suffering from high blood pressure you may want to consider trying to work out using weight resistance and mixing in a fair amount of cardiovascular exercise. At the same time, make sure you get the go-ahead from your private physician before you start any exercise regimen. If you haven’t exercised in a while, make sure you start out slowly so you can build resistance and stamina. One of the easiest traps that can sabotage your efforts in sustaining an exercise regimen is to start out trying to do too much too soon. This may lead to burnout and it will take away any desire you have to work out at all.
