For example, eating lean meats such as chicken and turkey, and fish such as salmon and cod, will give your body all of the protein it needs for increased energy and healthy fat loss. Not only that, but once you get your diet right, then expect to see an improvement in the cellulite department, and this will continue long into the future as long as you stick with it.

Don’t be like the millions of people out there who sit at a desk all day and then follow that with sitting on the couch during the evening. For most working people it’s incredibly hard to get into an exercise routine as many jobs now involve sitting at a desk all day. After a boring day at work, a few hours on the sofa seems like an enticing thing to do. However, you must try and break out of the rut! Join a gym, buy a treadmill, start playing a sport, take up a kickboxing class…do whatever you need to do in order to get active and beat cellulite forever.
